摘 要:基于有限元ANSYS软件,采用数值模拟的方法,分析了炉气温度、壁体厚度、水管间距、水管直径及水管椭圆度对椭圆管型铸铁冷却壁传热效果的影响,以及其对炉气的适应能力。结果表明:水管短长轴之比越小,即水管越扁,炉气温度对椭圆管型冷却壁传热影响越小。从冷却壁的传热角度考虑,冷却壁的椭圆管最佳短长轴之比为0.2~0.7,且越小越好。The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the heat transfer of the cast iron cooling stave and its adaptation capacity to the furnace gas temperature. The influence of 4 main structure parameters, including stave thickness, the water pipe spacing, the diameter and ovality of water pipe were analyzed. The results showed that, when the cast iron stave had water pipes of smal- ler b/a ( a and b stood for the lengths of long axis and short axis respectively). From the view of the heat transfer of cooling stave, the cooling wall of elliptical tube the best b/a for water pipe is 0. 2 - 0. 7, and as small as possible.
