摘  要:炼焦工序是钢铁生产企业烟粉尘主要发生源之一,掌握炼焦工序烟粉尘产排量及排放特点是制定烟粉尘控制对策的前提。以吨焦烟粉尘排放量、排放浓度和粒度分布为分析指标,分析了顶装焦炉、侧装(捣固)和热回收焦炉烟粉尘产生量和排放量及其影响因素,分析了典型机械化炼焦厂装煤、出焦和熄焦过程烟粉尘排放浓度和粒度分布特点及其影响因素。据此,给出了钢铁企业控制炼焦工序烟粉尘排放的建议和对策。Coking process is one of the main sources of smoke and dust in iron and steel enterprises.To master the amount of smoke and dust generated and emitted and emission characteristics is the prerequisite to formulate smoke and dust control countermeasures. On the basis of such analysis indexes as smoke and dust emissions per ton of coke,emission concentration and particle size distribution,the amount of smoke and dust generated and emitted and the influence factors of the top charging coke oven,side charging( tamping) coke oven and heat recovery coke oven were analyzed. And the smoke dust emission concentration,particle size distribution characteristics and influence factors during coal loading process,coking process and coke quenching process in a typical mechanical coking plant were also analyzed. Accordingly,the suggestions and countermeasures to control the smoke and dust emission of coking process in iron and steel enterprises were given.
