摘　　要：目的探讨在大肠癌手术中行近端肠管结扎的价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2014年1月行腹腔镜大肠癌手术的121例患者的临床资料,随机分为结扎组60例,未结扎组61例,手术方式均为腹腔镜手术,术后3个月、半年、1年、2年、3年随访CEA及肠镜。结果 121例患者中,未结扎组的术后肿瘤复发率高于结扎组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在大肠癌手术中行肿瘤近端肠管的结扎能降低肿瘤的复发率。Objective To study the value of the proximal intestinal ligation in colorectal cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 121 patients underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery from January 2009 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into ligation group（n=60cases）and without ligation group（n=61cases）.The duration of follow-up in CEA and colonoscopy were 3months,six months,1year,2years and 3years after operation.Results In 121 patients,recurrence rate in without ligation group was higher than that in ligation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ligation of proximal intestine in colorectal cancer surgery can reduce the rate of tumor recurrence.
