摘　　要：通过研究我国石化工业发展现状、面临的挑战与机遇,以及世界石化工业发展现状与趋势,建立了石化工业强国指标体系,分析出我国与世界石化强国存在的差距与问题。在此基础上,提出了我国成为石化强国的发展战略、战略目标、重点任务、发展路线图和保障措施与建议。Through researching the development status of China＇s petrochemical industry as well as challenges and chances facing it, as well as development status and development trends of world petrochemical industry, the article establishes the index system of petrochemical industrial power and analyzes the existing gap and problems between China and world petrochemical powers. On this basis, it puts forward development strategy, strategic goal, key tasks, development roadmap and safeguard measures and suggestions for China to become petrochemical power.
