摘　　要：警察权益具有普遍性和特殊性,既包括警察的执法权益,也包括警察作为公民应享有的基本权利。警察权益的救济途径和制度保障路径的合理配置,是警察权益保障的当然选择,也是实现依法治国、依法行政的必然要求。Police interests have the characteristics of generality and specialty and include police＇s right of law enforcement and police＇s basic rights as citizens. The reasonable allocation of remedy means and system protection means is the ultimate choice and is also the requirement of adhering to the principle of managing state affairs according to law and administrating according to law.
