摘　　要：目的：观察分期治疗拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效.方法：针对拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎相应的病理变化期采用相应的治疗方法,早期采用海桐皮汤敷洗,中期采用局部封闭,后期采用改良小针刀疗法.结果：60例患者中,一次性治愈49例,另8例未愈的早期患者发展至中期,经局部封闭治疗后临床治愈;3例未愈的中期患者发展至后期,经小针刀治疗后临床治愈;总有效率为100%.结论：分期治疗拇长屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效显著,具有一定的推广和应用价值.Objective：To observe the efficacy of staging treatment on stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor pollicis longus. Methods：Corresponding treat-ment was adopted according to the corresponding pathological changes of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor hallucis longus, early stage with applica-tion washing of Haitongpi decoction, medium term with partial closure, later period with modified acupotomy therapy. Results：In 60 patients, 49 cas-es were disposable cured, 8 cases unrecovered in early stage developed to medium term, and were clinically cured with partial closure;3 cases unre-covered in medium term developed to later period, and were clinically cured with acupotomy therapy;the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：Staging treatment on stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor hallucis longus has significant curative effect, with certain promotion and application value.
