红嘴相思鸟小肠的常规形态学研究

摘　　要：本试验取1、5、9日龄和成年红嘴相思鸟的十二指肠、空肠、回肠为材料,制作HE染片,光学显微镜下观察红嘴相思鸟消化道的组织结构特征,测量各层厚度并计算绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值。结果显示:红嘴相思鸟小肠管壁由黏膜、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜层4层构成,肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及肌层厚度都呈现出十二指肠>空肠>回肠的趋势;随着日龄的增长,肠绒毛长度、隐窝深度、肌层厚度总体也呈现增长的趋势;小肠各段绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值与日龄呈负相关。Duodenum, jejunum and ileum were sampled from Leiothrix luteas at 1, 5 and 9 days-old or adult birds, respectively. HE staining slides were made for observing the histological structure under microscope, measuring the thickness of each layer and calculating the ratio of villus length and crypt depth. The results showed that the intestinal tube of Leiothrix lutea was composed of mucosa, submucosa, muscular layer and serous membrane, the length of each layer was duodenum〉jejunum〉ileum. The villus length, crypt depth, and the thickness of muscle showed time-dependent increasing before sexual maturity. However, the ratio of villus lengttl/crypt depth was decreased with the increase of age.
