摘  要:为了明晰与光合作用相关基因在不同油酸含量油菜中的表达,以高油酸油菜近等基因系出苗后7d去根植株、5-6叶期和越冬期的叶片、花瓣和授粉后20~35d的种子为材料,对9个转录组分析得到的差异基因在近等基因系中的表达进行研究。结果发现,在叶片中,除Bna0305890外,其余8个基因在高油酸油菜材料中的表达量均高于低油酸油菜,Bna0104450和Bna0084310的表达量尤其突出。在花瓣中除Bna0391450外,其余8个基因在高油酸油菜材料中的表达量均高于低油酸油菜,Bna0305890的表达量差异较大。在授粉后20~35d的种子中除Bna0104450和Bna0305890外,其余基因在高油酸油菜中的表达量均低于低油酸油菜,Bna0501620和Bna0391450的表达量差异较大。5个时期Bna0104450在高油酸油菜中的表达量均高于低油酸油菜,有望利用其进行高油酸油菜育种材料的早期筛选。In order to find out the expression of photosynthesis related genes in rapeseed materials of different oleic acid content, in this study,the leaves of 7 -day seedlings ,5,6 -leaf stage and overwintering period,petals and the seeds of 20 - 35 days after pollination were used as samples, the expression of nine differential genes obtained by transcriptome analysis from near-isogenic lines of high oleic rapeseed were studied. The results showed that:the ex- pression in all of the leaves, except Bna0305890, the expression levels in high oleie rapeseed materials were higher than the expression levels in the low oleic rapeseed, especially the expression of Bna0104450 and BnaO084310. As for the expression in flowers, the expression levels of the other eight genes in high oleic rapeseed materials were higher except BnaO3914fiO, especially the expression of Bna0305890. While the expression in the seeds of 20 - 35 days after pollination, the expression levels in the high oleic rapeseed was lower except BnaO104450 and Bna0305890, especially the expression of Bna0501620 and Bna0391450. The expression level of Bna0104450 was higher in high oleic rapeseed of 5 stages, which may be used for the early screening of high oleie rapeseed.
