摘 要:为了明确不同化控调节剂对杂交大豆产量及其相关性状的影响,以杂交大豆2号品种为试验材料,分别选用7种化控调节剂,在初花期进行喷施,分析不同调节剂对杂交大豆生理和农艺性状的调控效果。结果表明,矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑、玉米矮吨及玉黄金均使杂交大豆产量显著增加,增产幅度达5.2%-11.3%;其中,多效唑和烯效唑增产效果最好,其次为矮壮素、玉米矮吨、玉黄金,而缩节胺和乙烯利增产不显著。施用增产的调节剂可显著增加杂交大豆叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,降低叶面积指数,显著降低株高,增加茎粗、分枝数、单株荚重、单株粒重,但对节数和百粒重影响不显著。本研究结果表明,通过叶面喷施矮壮素、多效唑、烯效唑、玉米矮吨、玉黄金等化控调节剂,可以提高杂交大豆叶片生理机能,均衡冠层发育,优化株型,进一步提高产量。In order to define the regulating effects of different plant growth regulators (PGR) on yield and yield related traits of soybean hybrid, Hybsoy-2 was used as experimental material and was sprayed with 7 plant growth regulators at R1 stage respectively. The impact of different growth regulators on physiological and agronomic charac- teristics of soybean hybrid was analyzed. The results indicated that the yield of soybean hybrid increased significant- ly by 5.2 % to 11.3 % with the effect of cycocel, paclobutrazol, uniconazole, ai-dun and yu-huang-jin ; Paelobutrazol and uniconazole had the best effects on increasing yield, followed by cycocel, ai-dun and yu-huang-jin, while DPC and ethephon had no significant effect. Leaf PGRs can increase yield and improve SPAD and photosynthetic rate of soybean hybrid and leaf area index and plant height reduced significantly, stem diameter, branch number and pods per plant, grain weight per plant increased significantly, but had no significant influence on the branch number and 100-seed weight. By foliar spray with cycocel, paclobutrazol, uniconazole, ai-dun and yu-huang-jin, leaf physiological function of soybean hybrid improved, canopy development balanced, leafiness degree reduced, which further im- proved yield potential of soybean hybrid.
