不粘轮乳化沥青在桥面防水层中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对路面结构层间黏结不足,撒布黏层材料后粘轮现象严重导致黏结失效的问题,采用不粘轮乳化沥青作为黏层材料,可以有效避免施工损伤。分析了不粘轮乳化沥青的制备技术和相关原理,该种材料在桥面防水黏结工程应用中效果表明不粘轮乳化沥青具有不粘轮、破乳速度快、形成强度高的特点。To avoid adhesive materials insufficient and heavy track leading to bond failure after spreading adhesive materials,the article focused on a kind of trackless tack coat to avoid construction damage,analyzed its preparation technology and correlation principle.The construction application of trackless tack coat as waterproof adhesive layer material in bridge deck showed that it was trackless,emulsion breaking fast and had high- bonding strength.
