调合法生产50号道路沥青工艺研究及其产品评价

摘　　要：50号道路沥青具有优异的高温抗车辙性能,但是目前的减压深拔工艺存在对原油要求高,产品质量指标不富裕等缺点。通过实验室研究和工业生产表明采用中国石化抗车辙母粒和70号道路沥青通过调合工艺可生产满足JTG F40—2004要求的50号道路沥青,沥青混合料路用性能评价和工程应用表明该产品高温性能好,具有显著的抗车辙能力。该工艺生产50号道路沥青,技术简单实用、产品性能可靠。No.50 road asphalt has excellent rutting resistance in high temperature,but the reduced pressure deep drawing process has serious demand for crude oil,the indicators of the product quality is not rich and so on.The laboratory study and industrial production showed that Sinopec anti- rutting masterbatch and No.70 road asphalt through blending process could produce No.50 asphalt which met the requirements of JTG F40- 2004.The performance evaluation and engineering application showed this product had good high temperature performance and significant rutting resistance.The technology was simple and practical,the product performance was reliable.
