摘  要:In order to further improve the yield of VA and VE produced by a Paecilomyces marquandii strain, using PDA liquid medium as the basic medium, the effects of adding nitrogen source, pH value and Fe2+ on the VA and VE production were compared with an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the VA yield was significantly increased when sodium nitrate was added as nitrogen source, pH value of medium was 6, but Fe2+ was not added; the addition of peptone into the basic medium as a nitrogen source contributed to the improvement of VE yield in mycelia; the PDA liquid medium, as a basic medium, was more conducive to the VA production by the Paecilomyces marquandii strain.为进一步提高一株马昆德拟青霉(Paecilomyces marquandii)菌株维生素A和维生素E的产量,以PDA液体培养基为基础培养基,采用正交试验方法,比较了添加氮源、p H及Fe2+添加对菌株产维生素A及维生素E的影响。结果表明,添加氮源为硝酸钠,p H为6,不添加Fe2+,菌株维生素A含量明显提高;添加氮源为蛋白胨,有助于提高菌丝维生素E含量。
