摘 要:主要对城市高压配电网的典型接线方式进行了可靠性经济分析。针对国内外城市高压配电网典型接线,在满足供电安全性和接线方式适应性的条件下,将可靠性指标折算为经济性指标加入到经济性规划问题中,以各接线方案的可靠性经济最优为规划目标,首先给出了配电网的综合评估体系;然后重点阐述了配电网的可靠性经济成本,给出了各接线方式可靠性、经济性、安全性和适应性的评价方法,以接线方式的单位负荷可靠性经济成本最低为规划目标,得出了推荐的城市高压配电网接线方式。该研究对于城市高压配电网规划有一定的指导意义。This paper, focusing on the reliability and economic analysis of typical connection modes of urban highvoltage distribution network, translates the reliability index into economic indicators and aims to find the optimal schemes for various connection modes for domestic and international urban high-voltage distribution network. First, a comprehensive evaluation system of high-voltage distribution network was provided. Then the reliability-economic cost of the distribution network was highlighted and the reliability, economy, security, and adaptability evaluation methods of typical connection modes analyzed. Finaly, with the lowest reliability-economic cost as the planning objective, connection modes of urban high-voltage distribution network were recommended. The study has some significance for high-voltage distribution network planning.
