摘 要:针对10 k V配网故障复电效率低的问题,借鉴精益化管理思想,从配网调度处理故障的角度出发,分析了影响配网调度故障处理工作效率的主要因素,并得出不同接线模式的面向调度的故障处理时间模型。基于该模型,分析了具有配网接线图查找功能和智能开票功能的智能防误操作系统在昆明电网故障处理中的应用成效。实践证明该模型能够有效度量配网故障快速复电效率提升情况,也证明该防误操作系统能够减少故障处理时间,局部提升配网故障快速复电效率。Aiming at solving the problem of the low restoration efficiency of 10 kV distribution network fault, based on the idea of lean management, and from the perspective of distribution network dispatching for handling fault, the main factors influencing the fault handling work efficiency of distribution network dispatching are analyzed and a fault handling time model of different connection modes for distribution network dispatching is obtained. Based on the model, the application effectiveness of an intelligent anti-maloperation system which is provided with search function of distribution network diagram and intelligent billing function in Kunming distribution network fault handling is analyzed. The practice provides that the model can effectively measure the rapid restoration efficiency of distribution network fault, and the anti-maloperation system can shorten the time of fault handling and locally im- prove the rapid restoration efficiency of distribution network fault.
