我国工业企业R&D投入绩效作用与区域差异分析

摘　　要：依据2003-2012年我国29个省市工业企业的统计数据,本文利用面板数据模型和误差修正模型,对我国工业企业的R&D投入与绩效产出之间关系进行研究。研究结果表明:从区域总体上看,我国29个省市工业企业的R&D经费投入和R&D人员投入均与绩效产出的影响作用存在长期均衡关系,并且大部分省市工业企业的R&D经费和R&D人员总体投入的短期波动对绩效产出产生了短期影响;同时,R&D人员投入的长期和短期的产出弹性高于R&D经费投入;通过对东、中、西三大经济区域工业企业R&D投入总体状况的比较,发现中西部工业企业的R&D投入的长期产出弹性更高,但是其R&D投入尤其是人员投入严重不足。This paper studies the relationships between R＆D input and the performance of industrial enterprises in China with panel data model and error correction model, based on the statistical data of industrial enterprises in 29 provinces. The research results suggest that the influence of R＆D input on performance exists long - term equilibrium on the whale. And the short wave of R＆D input influences the performance effectively in most provinces. Meanwhile, the short and long term output elasticity of R＆D staff input is higher than R＆D capital input. Finally, through the comparative analysis with three economic regions, it points out that the output elasticity of industrial enterprises in middle and west regions is higher, but its R＆D input is short, especially the R＆D staff input.
