埋线配合穴位按压治疗经前期综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察埋线配合穴位按压治疗经前期综合征(PMS)的临床疗效。方法将108例PMS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,治疗组采用埋线配合穴位按压疗法;对照组予以口服中成药逍遥丸。治疗3个月经周期,观察治疗前后2组临床症状、基础体温(BBT)变化情况。结果纳入108例患者,104例完成试验,脱落4例。治疗组52例患者,痊愈6例,显效23例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率90%;对照组52例患者,痊愈3例,显效10例,有效24例,无效15例,总有效率71%。治疗后2组总疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论埋线配合穴位按压疗法具有疗效高、见效快、安全无不良反应、患者依从性高的特点,治疗PMS的临床疗效显著优于中成药,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of catgut implantation combined with acupressure on premenstrual syndrome（ PMS）. Methods 108 patients with PMS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with catgut implantation combined with acupressure,while the control group was treated with Xiaoyao pills by oral administration. After 3 menstrual cycle＇s treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms and BBT before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Results In the 108 patients selected,there were104 cases completed the study,and 4 cases lost. In the treatment group,there were 52 cases in which there were 6 curing cases,23 excellent cases,18 effective cases,5 non-effective cases,the total effective rate was 90%; In the control group,there were 52 cases in which there were 3 curing cases,10 excellent cases,24 effective cases,15 non-effective cases,the total effective rate was 71%. The difference in the total effect between the two groups were significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The therapy with catgut implantation combined with acupressure has some advantages such as good and fast effect,safety with no side effect,good patients compliance,its curative effect on PMS is better than chinese patent medicine,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
