摘  要:针对目前人工进行电快速瞬变脉冲群(EFT/B)抗扰度试验产生的问题,提出了基于无线通讯和上位机控制软件实现的自动测试方案。该系统设计了数字隔离式Zig Bee无线通讯模块,实现对干扰信号的隔离和有效信号的远距离传输。通过Visual Basic编写的上位机软件实现测试过程的自动化。与传统测试方法对比实验结果表明:该系统能满足安装式电能表型式评价大纲测试要求,测试数据准确性和测试效率高于传统方法。Aiming at problems existing in the present manually an automatic test solution based on the wireless communication immunity test of electrical transient bursts ( EFT/B), and PC control software is proposed in this paper. In order to achieve long distance transmission of valid signal and isolate the interference signal, a new kind of Zigbee wireless communication module based on digital isolation is proposed. The PC software written in Visual Basic is used to realize the automation of the testing process. Compared with traditional testing method, the result indicates that the accuracy of testing results and test efficiency is higher than the traditional method, and it can meet the requirements of program of pattern evaluation of electricity meters.
