摘  要:试验旨在研究低磷饲粮添加植酸酶对山麻鸭产蛋性能、蛋品质、胫骨指标的影响。选取120日龄山麻鸭750只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲粮非植酸磷水平为0.35%,Ⅱ组非植酸磷水平为0.20%,Ⅲ组在Ⅱ组基础上添加100 mg/kg植酸酶,Ⅳ组非植酸磷水平为0.30%,Ⅴ组在Ⅳ组基础上添加100 mg/kg植酸酶。试验期11个月,分为两阶段:第一阶段,0-171 d,产蛋率〉90%;第二阶段,172-335 d,80%〈产蛋率〈90%。结果表明:①在两个阶段,各组蛋鸭在产蛋性能上无显著差异(P〉0.05)。②第二阶段Ⅲ组蛋壳强度显著高于Ⅱ组(P〈0.05),Ⅴ组蛋壳强度显著高于Ⅳ组(P〈0.05),其他蛋品质指标无显著差异(P〉0.05)。③第一阶段Ⅱ组的骨密度和骨矿盐均显著低于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05),其他胫骨指标无显著差异(P〉0.05)。④各组蛋鸭的血钙含量无显著差异(P〉0.05),第一阶段Ⅱ组血磷含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,低磷饲粮可显著降低蛋壳质量和骨骼质量,在第二阶段低磷饲粮中添加植酸酶可改善蛋壳质量。生产中可考虑饲粮非植酸磷水平为0.20%时添加100 mg/kg植酸酶替代部分磷酸氢钙。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of phytase supplementation in low-phosphorus diets on laying performance,egg quality,tibia indices in laying ducks. 750 120-day-age Shanma ducks were randomly allotted into 5 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 25 ducks in each replicate. Group Ⅰ was the control group,dietary non-phytin phosphorus(NPP)level of which was 0.35%. Dietary NPP level of group Ⅱ was 0.20%. Based on the diet of group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ was added to 100 mg/kg phytase. Dietary NPP level of group Ⅳ was 0.30%. Based on the diet of group Ⅳ,group Ⅴ was added to 100 mg/kg phytase. The trial lasted for 11 months and was divided into two stages:the first stage,day 0 to 171,laying rate was above 90%;the second stage,day 172 to 335,laying rate was between80% to 90%. The results showed that:①There were no significant differences in laying performence of Shanma ducks at two stages among 6 groups(P〉0.05). ②The eggshell thickness in group Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ were higher than those of group Ⅱ and Ⅳ(P〈0.05). On the second stage,eggshell strength of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that ofⅡ group(P〈0.05),eggshell strength of group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that of Ⅳ group(P〈0.05),but there were no significant difference on other egg quality indices(P〉0.05). ③On the first stage,bone mineral density and bone mineral salt in group Ⅱ were significantly lower than group Ⅰ(P〈0.05). But there were no significant differences on other tibia indices of Shanma ducks at two stages among 6 groups(P〉0.05). ④There were no significant differences in blood calcium content among 6 groups(P〉0.05),while serum phosphorus content in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than group Ⅰ(P〈0.05). The results suggested that low-phosphorus diet could significantly decrease eggshell quality and bone quality of Shanma ducks;On the second stage of the peak laying period,adding phytase to low-phosphorus diets could improve eggshell qu
