慢性肾脏病从肾实证论治

摘　　要：慢性肾脏疾病属于现今的常见病多发病,中医药在其治疗中的优势逐渐凸显,然而由于受"肾无实证"的认识局限,致使遣方用药以及肾脏实证的理论均有所限制,故本文通过对实证的定义,总结历代关于肾实证的认识,论述肾脏疾病从实论治的证型用药,综述现代医家对于慢性肾脏病从实论治的经验,以期为慢性肾脏疾病的论治提供思路。Chronic kidney diseases are commonly-seen and frequently-encountered diseases. TCM＇s advantage in its treatment has gradually highlighted,however,limited by the concept that there is no nephrosthenia syndrome,using drugs and prescriptions and the development of nephrosthenia syndrome have also be limited. Therefore,this article describes the definition of nephrosthenia syndrome,summarizes different opinions on nephrosthenia syndrome in history,discusses the method of using drugs to treat kidney diseases based on nephrosthenia syndrome,reviews the related treating experiences of modern doctors in order to provide thought of treating chronic kidney diseases.
