甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡92例

摘　　要：目的:观察甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将184例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各92例。研究组采用甘草泻心汤治疗,对照组采用维生素B2治疗。结果:研究组有效率为86.9%,对照组有效率为65.2%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on recurrent oral ulcer. Methods： One hundred and eighty-four patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 92 cases in each group. The patients in the research group were treated with Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire,while the ones in the control group were treated with vitamin B2. Results： The effective rate of the research group was 86. 9%,while that of the control group was 65. 2% ： And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Glycyrrhizae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire has good clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer.
