杜雨茂应用经方思路简析

摘　　要：杜雨茂教授对于仲景学术及仲景方剂有着深刻的研究和广泛的临床应用,杜老以经方为主,治疗慢性肾病和疑难病,是中医学术和中医临床中的一朵奇葩,杜老以常法常药,灵活变通,看似平淡,却疗效持久非凡;杜老以仲景理法方药为经,以历代医家学术为纬,创造了一个个传统中医药治疗肾脏病和疑难病的神话而被称为"肾科医王",在临床中以中医为主,参考现代医学知识,能够准确地把握和应用中医辨证论治精髓,以经方为主治疗疾病,疗效显著。Professore Duyumao has profound study and extensive clinical application of Zhongjing＇ s academy and Zhongjing prescriptions. Professor Du takes the classical prescriptions as the priority in treating chronic kidney disease,complicated and difficult disease,which is a wonderful work of medical art in the TCM academy and clinical practice. He often uses common methods and common medicines in a flexible way,which seems quite plain but with lasting and extraordinary effects. He combines the principle,method,prescription and medicine of Zhongjing with the academy of generations of doctors to create a number of miracles in the TCM treatment of chronic kidney disease and complicated and difficult disease,and thus he is call as the ＂ medical sage of nephrology department＂. He mainly adopts TCM in clinic with reference of modern medical knowledge,accurately grasping and applying the essence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and using classical prescriptions during the treatment of diseases to achieve remarkable therapeutic effects.
