补阳还五汤对坐骨神经损伤大鼠足部皮肤温度的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较理气散瘀汤与补阳还五汤对大鼠坐骨神经损伤SD的足部皮肤温度的影响。方法:将60只大鼠全部制备坐骨神经损伤模型,切除腰交感神经节后,随机分为补阳还五汤组和理气散瘀汤组,每组各30只。补阳还五汤组给予补阳还五汤口服及药浴,理气散瘀汤组给予理气散瘀汤口服及药浴。观察第6天、第2周、第4周、第6周后大鼠左后足部皮肤温度的差别。结果:实验开始第6天补阳还五汤组为(31.90±0.10)℃,理气散瘀汤组为(31.35±0.15)℃;实验开始后第2周补阳还五汤组为(31.93±0.14)℃,理气散瘀汤组为(31.43±0.11)℃;实验开始后第4周补阳还五汤组为(31.97±0.10)℃,理气散瘀汤组为(31.51±0.14)℃;实验开始后第6周补阳还五汤组为(31.97±0.50)℃,理气散瘀汤组为(31.64±0.13)℃,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤较理气散瘀汤口服加药浴对坐骨神经损伤大鼠的足部皮肤温度的有提高作用,使局部血流量得到显著的提高。Objective： To compare the influence between Qi-regulating and Stasis-Resolving Decoction and Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction on foot skin temperature of rats with sciatic nerve injury. Methods： 60 rates were all made into models of sciatic nerve injury. After excision of lumbar sympathetic ganglion,they were randomized into Yang-Supplementing and FiveReturning Decoction group（ group A） and Qi-regulating and Stasis-Resolving Decoctiongroup（ group B）,30 rats in each group.Group A were orally given Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction and medicated bath; group B were orally given Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction and medicated bath. The difference in the left posterior foot skin temperature of the rats on the 6th day,in the 2nd week,4th week and 6th week were observed. Results： On the 6th day of the experiment,the temperature of group A was（ 31. 90 ± 0. 10） ℃,group B（ 31. 35 ± 0. 15） ℃. On the 2nd week of the experiment,the temperature of group A was（ 31. 93 ± 0. 14） ℃,group B（ 31. 43 ± 0. 11） ℃. On the 4th week of the experiment,the temperature of group A was（ 31. 97 ± 0. 10） ℃,group B（ 31. 51 ± 0. 14） ℃. On the 6th week of the experiment,the temperature of group A was（ 31. 97 ±0. 10） ℃,group B（ 31. 64 ± 0. 13） ℃. The difference between the groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YangSupplementing and Five-Returning Decoction has better improving effects than Qi-regulating and Stasis-Resolving Decoction on the foot skin temperature of rats with sciatic nerve injury,which can remarkably increase the local blood flow volume.
