中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛52例  

Fifty-two Cases with Angina Pectoris Due to Coronary Atherosclerosis Heart Disease Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将109例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组57例和治疗组52例。对照组单纯使用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合丹红注射液静脉滴注。结果:对照组临床疗效有效率为84.2%,治疗组临床疗效有效率为96.1%,两组临床有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组心电图疗效有效率为82.4%,治疗组心电图疗效有效率为96.1%,两组心电图疗效有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,能显著改善发作次数及心肌缺血情况。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on angina pectoris due to coronary atherosclerosis heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： 109 cases with angina pectoris due to CHD were randomized into control group（ 57 cases） given conventional western medicine treatment and treatment group（ 52 cases） added with intravenous dripping of Danhong Injection. Results： The effective rate of clinical effect was 84. 2% in control group and 96. 1% in treatment group; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of ECG efficacy was82. 4% in control group and 96. 1% in treatment group; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine has exact therapeutic effects on angina pectoris due to CHD,which can remarkably improve the onset times and the condition of myocardial ischemia.
