摘  要:目的:观察在常规西医治疗的基础上联合使用参麦注射液、丹参多酚酸盐注射液对心肌梗死PCI术后患者心肌及血管的保护作用。方法:选择心肌梗死患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予西医常规抗血小板、调脂等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参麦注射液、丹参多酚酸盐注射液,两组均连续用药4 d。观察两组患者血液中相关指标在治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后血液中CK、CK-MB、CRP、EMPs较对照组降低(P<0.05),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液、丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合西医治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,可为心肌梗死患者提供更好的心肌保护。Objective: To observe the protection of mocardial and vascular endothelium of PCI postoperative patients with myocardial infarction with Shenmai Injection,Salvianolate Injection on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Methods: 60 cases with myocardial infarction were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment of anti-platelet and lipid-regulation. Treatment group were given Shenmai Injection,Salvianolate Injection on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Both groups were administrated for a succession of 4 days and the relevant indexes in the patients' blood before and after the treatment were observed. Results: The levels of CK,CK-MB,CRP and EMPs in treatment group were lower than these in control group after the treatment( P〈0. 05);the difference between the two groups was significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Shenmai Injection,Salvianolate Injection combined with conventional western medicine treatment have better therapeutic effects on PCI postoperative patients with myocardial infarction,which can provide better myocardial protection for the patients with myocardial infarction.
