小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗手足口病39例

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组给予利巴韦林喷剂治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒和蒲地蓝口服液治疗。结果:对照组有效率为53.3%,治疗组有效率为97.4%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的退热和手足口皮疹消退或溃疡愈合时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules（ CCQRG） in combination with Pudilan Oral Solution on hand-foot- mouth disease（ HFMD）. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with HFMD were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 39 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given ribavirin spray,while the ones in the treatment group were added CCQRG） in combination with Pudilan Oral Solution on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 53. 3%,while that of the treatment group was 97. 4%; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The time for relieving fever,hand-foot-mouth rash fading or ulcer healing of the treatment group were clearly shorted; And the difference between both groups had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： CCQRG in combination with Pudilan Oral Solution has remarkable clinical curative effect on HFMD.
