注射疗法加中药热敷治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎28例  

Injection Therapy Combined with Hot Compress of Chinese Medicine for Treating Twenty-Eight Cases with Calcified Supraspinatus Tendonitis

摘　　要：目的:观察注射疗法配合中药热敷治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法:将56例钙化性冈上肌腱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例。对照组给予热敷散热敷,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予局部注射治疗,用1%利多卡因20 m L,加得宝松1 m L配制成混悬液注射,每周1次,3次为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为92.85%,对照组有效率为78.57%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者肩部疼痛,关节活动度及X线平片的改善均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射疗法配合中药热敷治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎疗效显著且明显优于单纯中药热敷治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of injection therapy combined with hot compress of Chinese medicine on calcified supraspinatus tendonitis. Methods： 56 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 28 cases in each group,Control group were given hot compress of Refu Powder while treatment group were added with local injection treatment,with suspension made of 20 m L 1% Lidocaine and 1ml Diprospan,once per week,3 times as a treatment course. Results： The effective rate was 92. 85% in treatment group and 78. 57% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of shoulder pain,joint mobility and X-ray plain film in treatment group was better than that of control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of injection therapy combined with hot compress of Chinese medicine on calcified supraspinatus tendonitis is significantly better than that of simple hot compress of Chinese medicine.
