摘　　要：目的:观察整脊疗法配合穴位封闭治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症临床疗效。方法:对55例胸椎小关节紊乱症患者采用整脊疗法配合穴位封闭的方法治疗,进行疗效观察。结果:治愈40例,有效13例,无效2例,有效率为96.3%。结论:整脊疗法配合穴位封闭治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of spinal rotation massage in combination with point-blocking therapy on thoracic vertebra small joint disorder. Methods： Fifty-five patients with thoracic vertebra small joint disorder were treated with spinal rotation massage in combination with point-blocking therapy. Then their curative effects were observed. Results： Among the patients,40 cases were cured; 13 were effective; 2 had no effect; And the effective rate was 96. 3%. Conclusion： Spinal rotation massage in combination with point-blocking therapy has significant clinical curative effect on thoracic vertebra small joint disorder.
