骨科综合疗法治疗退行性骨性关节炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察骨科综合疗法治疗退行性骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊和注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组患者给予骨科综合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后关节疼痛VAS评分、骨性关节炎功能JOA评分、改善率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组VAS评分显著下降,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组JOA评分均显著性升高,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨科综合疗法治疗退行性骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment in department of orthopaedics on degenerative osteoarthritis. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with degenerative osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with glucosamine sulfate potassium capsule for oral administration and sodium hyaluronate injection,while the ones in the observation group were treated with combined treatment in department of orthopaedics. Then joint pain VAS scores,osteoarthritis function JOA scores,the improving rates and the occurrence rates of adverse reactions before and after the treatment in both groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,VAS score of the observation group greatly decreased; And the difference between both groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,JOA score of the observation group greatly increased; And the difference between both groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined treatment in department of orthopaedics has significant clinical curative effect on degenerative osteoarthritis.
