膏方调治幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎浅析

摘　　要：膏方药性滋润,善于补益,冬季胃肠功能相对旺盛,更益于药物的吸收和利用。慢性胃炎病情多复杂,究其病因病机当属本虚标实,脾胃亏虚为本,气滞湿阻为标。因此,应用膏方调治慢性胃炎施用补益药物的同时,需注意适当的施以祛邪药物,提倡补益药略重于祛邪药,使得祛邪建立在扶正的基础上。Cream formula is moistening and good at tonification. In winter,the gastrointestinal function is relatively hyperactive,which is favorable for the absorption and application of drugs. Though the conditions of chronic gastritis is complicated,the etiology and pathogenesis can be attributed to deficient root and excessive superficial,that is spleen and stomach deficiency as the root while qi stagnation and dampness obstruction as the superficial. Hence,when tonics used in cream formula for regulating and treating chronic gastritis,proper pathogen-eliminating drugs should be applied simultaneously. It is advocated that the tonics should be more than pathogen-eliminating drugs,which makes it possible to base pathogen elimination on healthy-qi reinforcement.
