和胃消滞方联合多潘立酮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫48例

摘　　要：目的:观察和胃消滞方联合多潘立酮治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及对血浆血浆胃动素和胃泌素的影响。方法:将96例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例,对照组给予多潘立酮片,每次10 mg,每天3次;观察组在对照组的基础上加服和胃消滞方进行治疗,每天1剂,疗程均为4周。采用放射免疫分析法测定治疗前后血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平;记录治疗前后主要症状、体征评分。结果:经对照组有效率为75.00%,观察组有效率为83.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组饱胀程度、饱胀持续时间、早饱、恶心呕吐、暖气次数和大便情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血浆胃动素和胃泌素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和胃消滞方联合多潘立酮治疗DGP能改善患者临床症状,调节胃肠激素,改善胃张力,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Regulating Stomach and Relieving Stagnation（ DRSRS） together with domperidone on diabetic gastroparesis,and the influence on motilin and gastrin of plasma of patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods： Ninety patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with domperidone tablet,10 mg each time and 3 times each day. The ones in the observation group were added DRSRS on the basic treatment of the control group,one dose each day. Both groups＇ treatment courses lasted 4 weeks. Then radioimmunoassay method was used to estimate levels of motilin and gastrin of plasma before and after the treatment. The major symptoms and physical sign score before and after the treatment were recorded. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 75. 00%,while that of the observation group was 83. 33% ： And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,fullness degree,fullness duration time,early satiety,nausea,vomiting,frequency of warming qi and stool of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,levels of motilin and gastrin of plasma of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DRSRS together with domperidone can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic gastroparesis,regulate gastrointestinal hormone,enhance stomach strain and has good clinical curative effect.
