瑰及乳膏联合特定电磁波治疗器治疗压疮62例

摘　　要：目的：观察瑰及乳膏联合特定电磁波治疗器（TDP）照射治疗Ⅰ-Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法：将122例患者随机分为对照组60例和试验组62例。试验组疮面给予瑰及乳膏外敷联合TDP照射,对照组疮面给予以庆大霉素液湿敷。结果：试验组治疗Ⅰ期压疮有效率为92.3%,治疗Ⅱ期压疮有效率为88.9%。对照组治疗Ⅰ期压疮有效率为73.1%,治疗Ⅱ期压疮有效率为52.8%。两组比较有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：瑰及乳膏联合TDP照射能促进Ⅰ-Ⅱ期压疮的愈合,效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Guiji Cream（ GJC） in combination with specific electromagnetic wave treatment device on Ⅰ- Ⅱ stage pressure sores. Methods： One hundred and twenty-two patients with Ⅰ- Ⅱ stage pressure sores were randomly divided into the control group with 60 cases and the experiment group with 62 cases. The patients in the experiment group were given GJC for external application in combination with specific electromagnetic wave treatment device for irradiation,while the ones in the control group were given gentamycin fluid for wet application. Results： The effective rates of the experiment group of I-stage and Ⅱ-stage treatment were 92. 3% and 88,9% respectively,while those of the control group were73. 1% and 52,8% respectively; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： GJC） in combination with specific electromagnetic wave treatment device can promote on Ⅰ- Ⅱ stage pressure sores to heal,and has significant curative effect,which is worth spreading clinically.
