柴葛解肌汤治疗头颈部带状疱疹神经痛体会

摘　　要：带状疱疹发于头颈部者,病位病性符合风邪致病,游走不定,此起彼伏,寒邪致病,其性收引而痛的特点。治疗当以祛风清热,解肌镇痛为法,临证采用柴葛解肌汤治疗,收效良好。The attack of herpes zoster starts from the head and neck and the location and nature of it is in accordance with the diseases caused by wind pathogen,with wondering and unstable features. It also accords to the diseases caused by cold pathogen,with astringing,contracting and painful features. The treatment methods should be dispelling wind and clearing heat,relaxing muscle and checking pain. In clinical practice,Bupleurum and Pueraria Muscle-Resolving Decoction can be applied to achieve good therapeutic effects.
