加味当归汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察加味当归汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能康复效果。方法:将164例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各82例。两组患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术,对照组术后采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用加味当归汤进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后疗效,治疗前后血浆胃泌素水平变化,以及两组患者术后禁食时间、肠鸣音及肛门排气、排便时间比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组禁食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及排便时间均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组在治疗后胃泌素水平较高,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味当归汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能康复有着显著疗效。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Flavored Decoction of Angelicae Sinensis on recovering gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods： One hundred and sixty-four patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 82 cases in each group. All the patients in both groups accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Then the ones in the control group were given routine Western treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Flavored Decoction of Angelicae Sinensis on the basic treatment of the control group. The curative effects,changes of levels of blood plasma gastrin before and after the treatment were observed; The forbidden time for meals,bowel sound,anal evacuation and dejection time of patients in both groups after the treatment were compared. Results： The forbidden time for meals,bowel sound recovering time,the first anal evacuation and dejection time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control time; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The gastrin level of the treatment group after the treatment was greatly higher than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Flavored Decoction of Angelicae Sinensis has good clinical curative effect on recovering gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
