中药冲洗液对鼻内镜术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药冲洗疗法对鼻内镜术后患者康复的影响。方法:将61例鼻内镜术后患者随机分为对照组29例和治疗组34例。对照组术后给予生理盐水加庆大霉素和地塞米松冲洗,治疗组给予中药冲洗。结果:治疗组治有效率为88.23%,对照组有效率为55.17%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜术后采用中药冲洗能提高其鼻窦内窥镜的手术效果。Objective： To observe the influence of Chinese medicine irrigation on postoperative rehabilitation of nasal endoscopy.Methods： 61 cases after nasal endoscopy were randomized into control group（ 29 cases） and treatment group（ 34 cases）. Control group were given irrigation of normal saline combined with Gentamicin and Dexamethasone and treatment group were given irrigation of Chinese medicine. Results： The effective rate was 88. 23% in treatment group and 55. 17% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The irrigation of Chinese medicine for patients after nasal endoscopy can improve the efficacy of endoscopic surgery.
