中药颗粒剂与中药饮片治疗风热感冒186例

摘　　要：目的:比较中药颗粒剂与中药饮片治疗风热感冒发热的临床疗效。方法:将372例风热感冒患者随机分为颗粒组与饮片组,每组各186例。颗粒组予以中药颗粒剂,饮片组给予中药饮片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、起效时间、症状积分变化,并分析两组的用药成本。结果:颗粒组起效时间、解热时间、痊愈时间均低于饮片组,但未见明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。颗粒组有效率97.8%,饮片组有效率96.2%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者各项临床症状积分均显著降低(P<0.05),颗粒组出汗、头痛症状积分降低程度较饮片组更为明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见任何不良反应发生。颗粒组成本、成效均显著高于饮片组(P<0.05)。结论:中药颗粒剂在治疗风热感冒的疗效方面具有一定优势,但其价格较高,进一步降低中药颗粒剂成本或联合中药饮片有望推动中药颗粒剂的应用。Objective： To compare the clinical effects of Chinese medicine granules and Chinese medicine decoction pieces on wind-heat common cold. Methods： 372 cases with wind-heat common cold were randomized into granules group and decoction pieces group,186 cases in each group. Granules group were given Chinese medicine granules and decoction pieces group were given Chinese medicine decoction pieces. The clinical effects,initial time of effect and changes of symptom score in the two group were compared and the drug costs of the two groups were analyzed. Results： The initial time of effect,fever abatement time and cure time of granules group were all shorter than these in decoction pieces group,but the difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The effective rate was 97. 8% in granules group and 96. 2% in decoction pieces group; the difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. After the treatment,all symptom scores of both groups obviously declined（ P〈0. 05）; the decline in scores of sweating and headache in granules group was much more apparent than decoction pieces group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction for both groups during the treatment. The costs and efficacy of granules group were higher than these of decoction pieces group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine granules have certain advantages in treating wind-heat common cold but the cost is relatively high. The further reduction in the cost of Chinese medicine granules and the combination of Chinese medicine decoction pieces promise to promote the application of Chinese medicine granules.
