辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机均分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组则采用中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不同证型患者临床治疗效果以及治疗前后主要症状评分情况。结果:对照组临床治疗有效率为68.33%,显著低于观察组的91.67%(P<0.05);胃肠湿热型、脾胃虚弱型、肝郁气滞型以及寒热错杂型患者临床治疗有效率分别为100.00%、94.74%、93.33%及78.57%;两组患者治疗前后主要症状(腹泻、脓便血以及腹痛)评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后症状评分均显著低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on ulcerative colitis. Methods：120 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomized into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. Control group were received conventional western medicine treatment; observation group were performed TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Comparison of clinical therapeutic effects,clinical effects in patients with different syndromes as well as the scores of main symptoms before and after the treatment were made between the two groups. Results： 1 Control group had clinical total effective rate of 68. 33%,significantly lower than that in the observation group（ 91. 67%）（ P〈0. 05）; 2 The effective rates for the syndromes of gastrointestinal damp-heat,spleen and stomach deficiency,liver qi depression,and intermingled cold and heat were respectively 100. 00% 、94. 74% 、93. 33% and 78. 57%. 3 The differences in the scores of main symptoms before and after treatment（ diarrhea,pus and blood in the stool,abdominal pain） were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has remarkable therapeutic effects on ulcerative colitis.
