分期治疗子宫腺肌病65例

摘　　要：目的:观察分期治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效。方法:将65例子宫腺肌病患者进行分期疗法治疗,经行时选用金铃四逆失笑散合活络效灵丹加减,平时选用蒲翘消瘰丸合失笑散加减治疗。观察3个月后的临床疗效。结果:65例子宫腺肌病所致痛经者,痊愈20例,显效32例,有效10例,无效3例,有效率为95.38%;其中48例子宫腺肌病所致月经失调者,痊愈15例,显效16例,有效12例,无效5例,有效率为89.58%。结论:分期疗法治疗子宫腺肌病止痛、止血疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of staging therapy on adenomyosis. Methods： Sixty-five patients with adenomyosis were treated with staging therapy. During menstrual period,they were treated with Jinling Sini Shixiao Powder（ JLSNSXP） in combination with Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Dan（ MHLXLD）. At ordinary times,they were treated with Puqiao Xiaoluo Pill（ PQXLP） in combination with Modified Shixiao PowderM SXP）. Then the clinical curative effects were observed 3 months later. Results： Among the 65 patients with dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis,20 were cured; 32 had significant effect; 10 had effect;3 had no effect; And the effective rate was 95. 38%. Among the 48 cases with menstrual disorder due to adenomyosis,15 were cured; 16 had significant effect; 12 had effect; 5 had no effect; And the effective rate was 89. 58%. Conclusion： Staging therapy has precise curative effect on adenomyosis,can stop pain and bleeding.
