中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组52例。对照组放置制霉菌素片,治疗组在对照组的基础上配以中药熏洗方。结果:治疗组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为69.23%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine on colpomycosis. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with colpomycosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases and 52 respectively. The ones in the control group were installed mycostatin tablets,while the ones in the treatment group were added TCM fumigation on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,while that of the control group was 69. 2% ： And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on colpomycosis.
