摘　　要：目的:观察针刀手法针刺治疗经筋病的临床疗效。方法:选取经筋病患者680例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组340例。对照组给予常规针刀治疗,治疗组给予针刀手法针刺治疗。结果:对照组有效率83%,治疗组有效率97%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀手法针刺治疗经筋病有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture therapy of needle-knife manipulations on meridian tendon diseases. Methods： 680 cases with meridian tendon diseases were randomized into control group（ 340 cases） given conventional needle-knife therapy and treatment group（ 340 cases） given acupuncture therapy of needle-knife manipulations. Results： The effective rate was 83% in control group and 97% in treatment group; treatment group were better than control group（ P〈0. 05）.The VAS of treatment group was also better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture therapy of needleknife manipulations has sound therapeutic effects on meridian tendon diseases.
