针刺承泣透睛明治疗面神经麻痹流泪症45例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺承泣透睛明治疗面神经麻痹流泪症的临床疗效。方法:对45例面神经麻痹流泪症患者采用针刺承泣透睛明治疗并进行疗效观察。结果:45例患者中,临床治愈38例,占84.4%,好转5例,占11.2%,无效2例,占4.4%,有效率为95.6%。结论:针刺承泣透睛明治疗面神经麻痹流泪症疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupunture performed on Chengjiang（ RN 24） and Jingming（ BL 1） on lacrimation due to facial paralysis. Methods： 45 cases with lacrimation due to facial paralysis were given acupunture treatment performed on Chengjiang（ RN 24） and Jingming（ BL 1） and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results： Of the 45 cases,38 cases were cured（ 84. 4%）; 5 cases showed excellent effects（ 11. 1%）; 2 cases were ineffective（ 4. 4%）. The effective rate was 95.5%. Conclusion： Acupunture treatment performed on Chengjiang（ RN 24） and Jingming（ BL 1） has remarkable on lacrimation due to facial paralysis.
