益气养阴方治疗白血病化疗后发热38例  

Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Formula for Treating Thirty-Eight Cases with Fever After Leukemia Chemotherapy

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方治疗白血病化疗后发热的临床疗效。方法:将76例白血病化疗后发热患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各38例。对照组给予常规化疗联合抗生素及升高白细胞药物,研究组在对照组的基础上加用益气养阴中药。结果:对照组有效率为76.32%,研究组有效率为92.11%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、治疗0.5 h及1.0 h后体温比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后2.0 h及12.0 h后体温、降温时间、白细胞计数、血小板、血红蛋白等比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方治疗气阴两虚型白血病化疗后发热疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Formula on fever after leukemia chemotherapy. Methods： 76 cases with fever after leukemia chemotherapy were randomized into control group and research group,38 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional chemotherapy combined with antibiotics and drugs that can rising white blood cell. Research group were added with Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Formula. Results： The effective rate was 76. 32% in control group and 92. 11% in research group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the body temperature of both groups at 0. 5 h and 1. 0 h of the treatment before and after the treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The differences in body temperature,temperature-lowing duration,white blood cell count,blood platelet and hemoglobin between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Formula has remarkable effects on fever after leukemia chemotherapy.
