金荞麦临床应用概况

摘　　要：目前在金荞麦的临床应用中,研究较多的是其在治疗癌症及呼吸系统疾病方面的作用,其他方面的作用报道较少,因此有必要借助现代科学技术的手段深入研究其化学成分及药理作用机制,加强金荞麦复方制剂以及中西药之间的交叉研究,以便进一步扩大临床应用范围。另外,目前认为金荞麦发挥药效的活性成分主要来源于根茎提取物,金荞麦的利用也是以根茎为主,其他部位未能得到很好利用。事实上,金荞麦籽粒具有很高的营养价值,含有丰富的蛋白质、淀粉、脂肪、粗纤维、矿物质元素和维生素,而这些成分均是较理想的保健食品组成成分,今后,可将金荞麦应用于食品、饮品、化妆品等一系列保健品的开发上,以便进一步增加其综合利用途径,使这一宝贵药材资源得到充分利用。In the clinical application of Jinqiaomai（ Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis）,most researches are about the its effects on cancer and respiratory diseases while reports of other aspects relatively lack. With modern technological means,It is necessary to deepen the research on the chemical component and pharmacologic mechanism,enhance the crossover research of compound preparation of Jinqiaomai and Chinese and western medicine so as to further enlarge the clinical application. Besides,currently the main active ingredients exerting efficacy are from the extracts of the root and stem,and the use of Jinqiaomai also focuses on root and stem. In fact,the seeds have high nutritional value,containing rich protein,starch,fat,coarse fibre,mineral elements and vitamins,all of which are ideal composition of health food. In future,we can apply Jinqiaomai（ Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis） to the research and development of a series of health products like food,drinks and cosmetics in order to increase its comprehensive use and make full use of this precious medicinal material.
