摘 要:对新型热作模具钢进行焊接修复,研究退火温度对焊缝热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,试样经530℃退火温度时,退火组织最细,焊缝抗疲劳性能最佳。试样经530℃退火时,500周次热循环后裂纹发育成熟,经2 000周次热循环后焊缝龟裂严重。随着热循环周次增加,试样表面硬度下降,焊缝主裂纹长度增加。退火温度530℃时焊缝热稳定性最高,裂纹扩展最慢。By the welding repair of new type of hot-work die steel (HHD), studied the effect of annealing temperature on the thermal fatigue properties of weld. The results show that at the annealing temperature of 530 ℃, the annealing organization is the finest,weld fatigue resistance performance of the best. After annealing at 530 ℃ ,the crack is mature after 500 thermal cycles,and after 2 000 thermal cycles the weld is strictly thermal crack. With the increasing of thermal cycle,the surface hardness of sample decreases, the length of the main crack increases. The weld has the highest thermal stability at the annealing temperature of 530 ℃, and the crack extension is the slowest.
