摘  要:低铝硅比铝土矿的综合利用一直是中国铝工业关注的问题。对河南平顶山地区铝硅比4.7的低品位铝土矿进行了选矿脱硅试验研究。采用细磨浮选方法,添加浮选分散剂Na2CO3、抑制剂偏磷酸盐组合PL和组合捕收剂CUB,可实现该低铝硅比铝土矿的脱硅富集。进行了浮选流程闭路试验,获得指标:原矿A/S 4.70,精矿A/S 8.73,精矿产率69.50%,Al2O3回收率78.10%。所获得的小试结果可作为半工业连选试验的依据。Comprehensive utilization on the low aluminum -silicon ratio bauxite is a particular concern for Chinese aluminum industry. The beneficiation desilication experimental research is made for the low aluminum - silicon ratio bauxite in Pingdingshan which A/S is only 4.7. Flotation desilication can be realized by using the means of fine grinding, sodium carbonate as the dispersant, metaphosphate PL as the inhibitor and CUB as the combined collec- tor. A flotation closed - circuit test result is obtained in which the A/S of crude ore is 4.7, the A/S of concentration is 8.73, concentration yield is 69.50% and Al2O3 recovery is 78.10%. The result of such small - scale test can be used as the basis for the pilot - scale continuous test.
