摘 要:提出了从低品位含铝矿物中提取铝的新思路。采用微生物浸出技术,考察了低品位含铝矿物高温转型浸出铝的动力学,结果表明矿石在525℃下焙烧4h后铝的浸出效果最好,而铁的浸出率大幅度下降。系统研究了焙烧温度、浸出温度、浸出时间、更换浸出剂等因素对浸铝效果的影响。高温转型后的低品位含铝矿物浸出铝的条件为:配矿液固比100:10,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间10h,每2h更换一次浸出剂。结果铝的浸出率可达到90.99%。The new technology of low - grade aluminum - bearing minerals leaching to extract aluminum was proposed. In this paper, the bioleaching tech- nology was used, and the kinetics of roasted transition of low - grade aluminum - bearing minerals in leaching was investigated, the results showed that : the best leaching effect took place at roasted transition temperature of 525 ℃ for 4 hours, the iron leaching rate significantly decreased conversely. The leaching factors of the roast temperature, leaching temperature, leaching time, changing the leaching agent were studied. The appropriate strengthening inorganic acid leaching conditions follow as: leaching temperature of 90℃, leaching time of 10 hours, the leaching agent changed every 2 hours. The alu- minum could be leached 90.99% from the aluminum - bearing minerals as result.
