摘　　要：结合北京市环卫作业定额编制项目,在梳理北京环卫行业实际作业及管理现状基础上,系统介绍了"管理引导、标准先行、细做活用、实际支撑"的定额编制思路,并且根据北京市环卫行业管理要求及趋势,对未来应用定额进行行业管理提出了规划建议,并对定额实施后对行业的影响进行了展望,力求通过实施行业定额来提升行业管理的精细化水平。Based on the project for establishing environmental sanitation work quota in Beijing,as well as the actual work and management of environmental sanitation industry in Beijing, the quota establishment thinking of management guiding, standard in advance, fine and flexible,and reality, for support was systematically introduced. According to the management re- quirements and trends of enviromnental sanitation industry in Beijing,the planning suggestions on applyingthe quota in industry management were put forwarcl,and its future effect was expected for striving to implement the industry quota to raising the level ofrefinement in industry lnanagement.
