摘 要:以宁夏宁东基地南湖中水厂项目为例,阐述了该工程自动控制系统的设计要求及设计方案;介绍了在中水处理过程中保证反渗透膜长期稳定安全运行、防止膜污染的技术手段和方法,计算机监控系统的组成、功能以及网络搭建;分析了其中的设计难点。该控制方案的设计体现了功能和风险的分散化、管理及通讯的集中化、网络化的特点。Taking the south lake reclaimed water treatment engineering in Ningdong Base of Ningxia as an example, the design requirements and plan for its automatic control system were expounded. The technical means and methods for ensur- ing the safe operation of reverse osmosis membrane and preventing membrane pollution m the process of reclaimed water treat- ment were introdnced, as well as the composition, function and network building of computer supervisory control system. Its de- sign difficulties were analyzed. The design demonstrated function and risk decentralization, management and communication centralization and networking.
