摘　　要：调研了青岛市、重庆市和福州市餐厨垃圾的理化性质,分析了国内餐厨垃圾处理情况及存在的问题,针对餐厨垃圾中杂质的特性,通过对国内外餐厨垃圾预处理的核心设备即大件杂质分选设备、轻物质分选设备、破碎制浆设备进行考察,从设备实际运行情况、工作原理方面,探讨设备实现预处理效果的可行性。The physicochemical properties of food waste in Qingdao, Chongqing and Fuzhou were surveyed. The status and problems of food waste treatment in China were analyzed. According to the characteristics of impurity in food waste, the feasibility for the equipment to achieve pretreammnt effect was discussed from practical operation and working principle,by means of the investigation on related core equipment for giant impuriW sorting,light material sorting,crushing and pulping at home and abroad.
