广场舞纠纷背后的理性思考和对策研究

摘　　要：通过分析广场舞引发纠纷的现象,反思中国广场舞发展中存在的问题,如何解决现阶段广场舞纠纷的产生原因、解决困境,推动大众体育的发展。通过利用政府的力量,提供充足的体育公共资源;发挥社区体育网络化优势,齐抓共管,建立立法保障等解决机制,解决因广场舞而引发居民的权利冲突。做到发扬广场舞的开展,促进邻里关系的健康发展,维护社会的稳定和谐。尤其对振兴、推动中国大众体育的发展具有重大意义。By analyzing conflicts resulting from square dance,the author intends to reflect some problems in the course of its development. The author endeavors to reveal the causation behind current conflicts,figure out the solution to promoting mass sports. The author suggests that existing disputes should be settled by relevant government provision of adequate sports public resources and interference through legislative mechanism. Finally,it is stressed that resolving conflict will make significant contribution to healthy relationship in the community,maintenance of social stability,and promotion of Chinese grassroots sports as well.
