摘　　要：分析了影响干熄焦除盐水站2013年酸碱消耗的因素,介绍了对工艺设备的改造与优化,降低酸耗0.48 kg/t、碱耗0.65 kg/t。The factors to influence the acid and alkali consumption in the desalted water station for CDQ in 2013 were analyzed, the reformation and optimization countermeasures adopted for the process equipments were introduced, and the acid consumption was reduced 0.48 kg/t and the alkali consumption was reduced 0.65 kg/t.
